Western Equipment Sales, LLC may at it's sole discretion accept the return of item(s) but under no circumstances without it's prior approval and consent. To be considered returnable the item(s) are required to be in new, unused, undamaged, re-saleable condition. Any returned item(s) will have a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs to return items are at the expense of the customer. The original shipping costs of the items are not refundable under any circumstance.
